Bhd. (HGIS), one of Southeast Asia’s leading offshore survey and inspection companies.
This transaction marks another major milestone in Enviros’ regional expansion, strengthening its footprint and service offerings and enhancing ability to support clients across East and West Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian market. Following Enviros’ earlier acquisition of a US’ company and its subsidiary, this deal further cements Enviros’ position as a major integrated player in the global geophysical and offshore services sector.
Our involvement as Enviros’ solicitors include conducting comprehensive legal due diligence on HGIS and reviewing, drafting as well as strategic advisory support on key transactional and regulatory aspects of the acquisition. We continued to assist Enviros in negotiating and aligning the commercial terms to facilitate a seamless consolidation of both entities post-completion.
