This strategic transaction marks a key milestone in Enviros’ international expansion, strengthening its operational footprint across the Americas and Europe while reinforcing its position in the geophysical, hydrographic and offshore wind sectors.
Our role as Enviros’ solicitors included reviewing, advising on, and finalising key transactional agreements to ensure compliance with applicable United States laws and regulations. We also supported Enviros in negotiating commercial terms and conditions of the deal that will enable the effective consolidation of the two entities upon completion.
