Our scope of work included conducting legal due diligence, providing corporate advisory and drafting the relevant transaction documents in support of the fundraising exercise.
From a legal perspective, our role involved a comprehensive assessment and verification of the client’s documents and information aside from advising on the issuance of redeemable preference shares for the investors.
The final due diligence report prepared by our Mergers and Acquisitions team served as a key reference for potential investors as well as the client’s financial and strategic advisers in evaluating the company’s position and investment readiness.
