The Labuan Government has revised the fee schedules payable to the Labuan Financial Services Authority (“Labuan FSA”) through seven amendment regulations and orders gazetted on 30 June 2026, which came into operation on 1 July 2026. These amendments replace the statutory fee schedules that had remained unchanged since their last revision in January 2023.
The amendments follow Labuan FSA’s restructuring of its annual and licence fee framework, which took effect on 1 January 2026 pursuant to a revised fee structure announced through a circular issued in September 2025. The latest amendments formally incorporate the revised fee schedules into the relevant subsidiary legislation under the respective Labuan Acts, thereby giving the revised fees statutory force through gazettement.
