Our Advisory & Compliance Practice Group, led by Fakhrullah Fadzilah and assisted by Husna Shariff has successfully advised and represented Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia (PSM), in relation to a sub-lease agreement entered into with QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd, the master licensee of FamilyMart Malaysia.
We were engaged to advise on the structuring, drafting and finalisation of the sub-lease arrangement, including the development of the first-ever FamilyMart outlet at Kuala Lumpur Sports City, as part of a broader initiative to enhance facilities and elevate the visitor experience across PSM’s venues.
The agreement was formally executed by YBrs. Encik Iliyas bin Jamil, Chief Executive Officer of PSM and YBhg. Datuk Noor Azman bin Nordin, Director of QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd, and witnessed by YBhg. Datin Anita Azrina binti Abdul Aziz, Chairman of Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia, and YBrs. Encik Richard Khor, Assistant General Manager (Operations Development & Business Development) of QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd.
