Our scope of work included a comprehensive 10-year legal due diligence review of the target’s operations, focusing on regulatory compliance and potential legal risks. We subsequently drafted and negotiated all transaction documents, including the Share Sale Agreement, incorporating key conditional clauses to reflect the due diligence findings.

This engagement underscores the Firm’s continued role in strategic corporate acquisitions, particularly within property and asset-backed industries. By managing both the due diligence and transactional aspects of the deal, we ensured identified risks were systematically mitigated in the final agreement, giving our client enhanced visibility and control throughout the acquisition process.
