The transaction involved advising on the grant of exclusive development and franchising rights to establish and operate 30 restaurants in Malaysia, 13 restaurants across Singapore and Brunei over a 10-year period. The deal valued at USD 1.5 million annually in franchising and territorial fees marks a significant expansion of our client’s footprint in the F&B sector in the region.
