No Lawyer-Client Relationship Created by Use of this Website
Neither your receipt of information from this website, nor your use of this website to contact NZChambers or one of its lawyers creates a lawyer-client relationship between you and NZChambers. You will become a client of NZChambers only if and when we have agreed to act as your legal counsel and you have signed a written engagement letter with NZChambers. As a matter of policy, we do not accept a new client without first investigating for possible conflicts of interests and obtaining a signed engagement letter. We may also carry out credit check and customer due diligence check as part of our reporting obligation under Malaysian laws and regulations.
