Successful Resolution of Class-Action Suit Against Housing Developer

Our Head of Dispute Resolution and Partner, Hoong Min C. together with Dispute Resolution Associate, Aireen Natasha Ab Wahab had secured a favourable judgment for a group of 17 purchasers in a class-action suit against a housing developer. The case involved claims for Liquidated Ascertained Damages (LAD) due to significant delays of over two years in property completion.

Through meticulous legal strategy and structured mediation, we ensured our clients were rightfully compensated while upholding their rights. This victory reflects our commitment to protecting consumer rights and delivering effective dispute resolution solutions.
