If required, we represent our clients in legal proceedings in Malaysia to recover payment or debt due, matters involving boardroom tussles, money-laundering charges or corporate fraud investigation.

For businesses without dedicated legal counsel, we act as external advisor to ensure that daily business operations of this corporations are conducted in compliance with the laws and regulations as well as continuously reviewing their internal policies to ensure their interest are covered. Projects & Infrastucture

We provide expert legal advice on various aspects of infrastructure projects, no matter the size, including the planning, development and management or other related issues of an infrastructure project. Our team has been involved, amongst others, in advising clients in the energy sector particularly in the development of solar power and waste-to-energy plants.

Our practice in relation to projects and infrastructure are including but not limited to construction contracts, concession agreements, project documentation, facility maintenance and management, joint ventures, licensing, turnkey design and build contracts, tender review and conflict and dispute advisory and management.

Mergers & Acquisitions

We have extensive knowledge and understanding of undertaking and completing mergers and acquisitions in Malaysia as we have acted for private individuals and small or medium enterprises. Our duties include due diligence exercise, drafting of legal documents and policies as well overseeing the completion of particular transaction. In the past, we have undertaken and completed deals in various jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Malta, Indonesia and Singapore.

Our capabilities as corporate secretary has allowed us to also provide end-to-end solutions to businesses such as preparing corporate resolutions, authorisations from the Board of Directors and submission of important lodgement to the regulators. We have also acted in various construction disputes including disputes commenced under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), AIAC Arbitration Rules and the PAM Arbitration Rules. We have also represented clients in mediations as well as settlement negotiations.
