Our Deputy Managing Partner and Head of Projects & Infrastructure, Kevin Richard Nathan, was invited by FELDA to deliver a webinar on the topic of Understanding Construction Agreements on 7 May 2026, which was attended by over 100 of FELDA’s personnel.
The webinar covered key areas in construction agreements, from project inception through to project completion, including practical considerations in structuring and managing construction projects effectively.
With FELDA undertaking various projects ranging from housing developments to infrastructure initiatives, this webinar formed part of an initiative by FELDA’s Legal Department (JUU) towards continuous learning and professional upskilling for its members.
