Last Friday, we continued our commitment to continuous learning with the second session of our 2026 In-House Training programme.
The session was led by Suzanne Kurian, Senior Associate from our Advisory & Compliance practice group, on “Interlocutory Applications in Civil Litigation”. The session encompassed a walkthrough of key procedures under the Rules of Court in relation to Summary Judgment Application (Order 14) and Striking Out Application (Order 18).
These sessions are designed to strengthen internal knowledge, sharpen courtroom readiness and support our lawyers in delivering strategic and efficient legal solutions to clients.
