We are honoured to have been invited by @pitchinequity_my as speakers at the Tabung Ekonomi Gagasan Anak Sawarak (TEGAS) Fundraising Accelerator Programme, held at TEGAS Digital Village, Kuching, Sarawak.

The programme is designed to prepare participants to start their equity crowdfunding (ECF) journey. Representing Nazmi Zaini Chambers, our Advisory & Compliance Partner, Afif Che Had along with our Legal Associate and Company Secretary, Maryam Amilah delivered legal insights across three key sessions tailored for startups and SMEs preparing for equity crowdfunding:

– How Due Diligence is Done
– Required Legal Documents You Must Know
– Post-Fundraising: After a Successful Raise + Investor Relations

The sessions covered legal due diligence processes, critical documentation such as term sheets and shareholder agreements and post-raise compliance and investor engagement strategies.

Our team was pleased to have been part of this initiative, contributing to the startup ecosystem in Sarawak by equipping participants with the knowledge and tools they need to raise capital responsibly and sustainably. Thank you to pitchIn and TEGAS for the opportunity to support this meaningful initiative.
